Employee working the drive thru was incredibly rude, wouldn't let us place our order, and once we got to the window, never once acknowledged us, only laughed and gossiped with a co-worker. Unprofessional!

It was ok

When I need something to eat or drink I'm glad the service is fast. Thanks Tim Horton

I go there 1 or 2 times a day. Great coffee place....sorry the men's bathroom is recently a mess . 4 days no toilet paper...4 days urinal not fonctionning...toilet seat not clean in 3 days... and so on...spend your money on very good coffee, but don't expect service.

This location is usually dirty, the customer service is not that great and seems to be in a constant state of disorganization (longer than usual wait times, chaotic).

Good service, but some employees are hypocritical and gossip about me, yet those I have seen and I see doing this are in no way in a position to criticize people and should do something other than working in the audience ... Some customers hang around Too long in everyday life in this restaurant and often take the place of other customers who arrive to eat, some leave for lack of space to sit ...

today april 20i my son bought a big box of tims bites ouach !! almost no honey on it makes it bland, and flat at the prices that its very disappointed cost will not return the !!!

The waitress at the counter is very courteous, polite and cares about her customers.I can add that she has a very nice welcome and a pretty smile.I can't find another Tim Horton with that smile.You can be proud of your employees.

Not enough tables for such a busy area, but service was good.

It's a nice place to go to when you need to study or work. There are plugs everywhere and the parking is free. One or two staff members could've provided a better service though.

Three employees very close to each other without any masks in covid times while the chain mentions that its employees wear them ... We make so much social effort by respecting the 2 m everywhere and the rules of hygiene, it is annoying to see such situations. They talk to each other and talk and talk while holding my glass and my meal ... 👎🏻

Don't order anything more complex than a coffee when going through this location's drive-thru. They always forget to give you part of your order, or they give you someone else's order.

One of thé worst tim hortons I ever been to, I had to make a scene there...they served me cold fried potatoes and a watery iced coffee...very rude employees...no manager to plaint to.
